Payment

Immediate cashless payment. You can pay for your purchase by credit card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Diners) or - if you use internet banking - via a payment gateway for bank transfers.

The payment will be made immediately upon ordering and with immediate confirmation of payment. This method is the fastest and also cheaper than cash on delivery because you do not pay for it.

Once your order is complete, you will be redirected to your online banking where you simply approve the payment order. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be taken to the app where you will enter the required details and confirm the payment. We will immediately know that the payment has been processed and can dispatch the goods immediately.

You don't have to worry about losing money. The sensitive input data you enter into the online banking system is protected by your bank's payment gateway and will not be visible to anyone other than you and the bank. Card payments are secured by 3D Secure.

You can use any method of money transfer to our account. However, we will know about your payment with a delay of several days after the actual payment is made, and this extends the delivery time.

When making a payment on account, you need to know, in addition to the account number, the exact amount and the variable symbol. The variable symbol is your order number without PT (e.g. 200112345), which you will receive in the last step of the order or you will find out in the confirmation email (we automatically send you an email with a clear summary and all the necessary data after you have completed your order).

The bank account number is SK75 8330 0000 0022 0095 7746. In case you decide to return the product later, we will transfer the money back to your account. This method is also cheaper than cash on delivery because you do not pay a delivery charge.

DPD usually delivers parcels within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel for transport, on weekdays between 8:00 - 17:00 throughout Slovakia.

If the package is delivered to a private address, you will receive an SMS about the time of delivery of your parcel.

You can pay in cash, but also by card. Each courier has a payment card terminal with him, so you can conveniently pay for your delivery at his place.

The goods will be delivered by Slovak Post to the address you have provided, if you choose Parcel to address as the shipping method, or will be deposited in the selected branch of Slovak Post in the case of Parcel to post.

If you prefer cash on delivery as a method of payment, then you will pay for your order in cash upon receipt of the package, or you can also use a credit card payment at the Slovak Post branches.

Goods booked in the shop can be paid for in cash, by credit card or gift voucher upon collection. Club points can also be used when paying for reserved goods.
