Dear friends,

The most magical time of the year is approaching - the holidays of Christmas and New Year!
The traditional time for summing up the results, making plans for the future and, of course, warm words. We would like to share some of our results of the year and thank you for being with us, supporting and becoming a part of our cosy community.

In 2021, we succeeded:
1. in completing 87% of work on a series of textbooks of the Slovak language for children of foreigners and Slovaks living abroad.
In the first quarter of 2022, they will go to print, and you can purchase, give or even receive as a gift.

2. in obtaining approval for two Erasmus + projects.
Guess how many applications we have submitted in total. That is right - two. The first project is related to the development of an international training platform for foreign doctors, the second is the writing of teaching materials for our textbooks of the Slovak language for children.

3. in conducting 16 meetings within the framework of a free project for children: Travelling in Slovakia.
The project was created with the support of the Office for Slovaks Residing Abroad. We look forward to its continuation in 2022 - we have submitted an application.

4. in creating portal Slokia.
On the portal, you can both pre-order the purchase of textbooks of the Slovak language, and get acquainted with information about meetings within the framework of the Travelling in Slovakia project. In the near future, we plan to place other interactive entertainment for children in the Slovak language on the portal.

5. in launching a project to train foreign medical personnel to work in Slovakia.
This was one of the last and most intensively developing projects in the past year. In addition, its implementation would not have been possible without the support of the Mediado recruitment agency and cooperation with the most modern hospital in Slovakia, Nemocnica Bory.

6. in completing two rounds of each of the four levels of the Slovak language courses for foreign health workers.

7. in implementing complete the Learn&Lead administration, motivation and reward programme in your work. In addition, using our experience, start helping local businesses and international educational projects with its implementation.

8. in conducting 4500+ hours of teaching Slovak, including those for applicants to Slovak universities.

9. in letting graduate, in school and online, 25+ student groups.

10. in moving to a new, spacious room with a stronger creative and educational energy. The school is now in the premises of City University of Seattle | Vysoká škola manažmentu, at the address: Panónska cesta 17.

11. in sending gift certificates for individual Slovak language lessons to everyone who made an order before the end of last week.

12. Due to increased activity at the end of the year, we lost our Instagram account, and as a result, we are very sorry to lose contact with 550+ subscribers. It was not possible to restore the account, so we are going to the new year with a new account. Subscribe!
